She was predeceased by: her parents, Manual Morales and Piedad Cortes; and her sister Sandra Cortes Rivera. She is survived by: her children, Natalia Kreske-Cortez of Monpelier, Ohio and Michael Alvin Kreske-Cortes of South Bend; her grandson Sebastian Kreske-Cortez; and her siblings, Ana Cortes Rivera, Margarita Cortes Rivera, Mayra Cortes Rivera and Gerardo Cortes Rivera.
