With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Tracy Spriggs of South Milford, Indiana, born in Kendallville, Indiana, who passed away on October 10, 2023 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Spriggs and Norma Rose Spriggs (Swinehart); his brothers, Dean Spriggs and Gary Spriggs; and his father-in-law Fedie Blankenship.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Spriggs of South Milford; his sisters, Dana (Larry Nagel) and Tina (James Patrick); his parents-in-law, Mary and Jim Tuttle of Rome City; his siblings-in-law, Delores, Bill Forbes of Kendallville, Steve and Julie Blankenship of Overland Park, Kansas.; his nieces and nephews, Wendy, Wes McCrea of Orland, Indiana, Angela Handshoe of South Milford, Abigail Handshoe of Kendallville, Samantha, Adam Porter of Avilla, Katlyn, Jorge Nevarez of South Milford, Holly Blankenship, Caleb, Tatyana Blankenship of Overland Park, Kansas, Katie, Brandon Ritchie of Kendallville, Lauren and TJ; his godson Isaiah Creech of Kendallville; and his close friend Charles (Delora Reed). He is also survived by 11 great nieces and nephews.
