Clara M. Sedam Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Clara M. Sedam of Speedway, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest Harvey Sedam; her daughter Serena Bolte; her parents-in-law, Harvey and Opal Sedam; her siblings, Concepcion M. (Sinforoso Tolentino), Jaime V. Martinez, Antonio Y. Martinez, Paulina Y. (Jesus D. San Agustin), Bernadita M. (Larry Martching), Catalina M. (Randolph Carbullido), Jose M. Perez, Juan M. (Ann Perez) and Teresita P. (John B. Guerrero); her brother-in-law Ralph Sedam; her great grandchild Lori Riley; her grandchildren, Ron, Sarah Riley, Quinn, Christopher, Nicole, Adam Keith, Finley, Henry, Renita, Michael Seldowitz, Sam, Virginia Seldowitz, Lillian, Ari Seldowitz, Jack Bolte, Terri Sedam and Daniel James Sedam; her siblings, Ramon, Heidi Bagg, Sylvia M., Raymond Flores, Jesus M. and Marilou T. Perez; and her sisters-in-law, Cecilia C. Martinez and Marilu D. Martinez.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Conkle Funeral Home (4925 W 16th St, Speedway, IN 46224). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Christopher Catholic Church (5301 W 16th St, Indianapolis, IN 46224). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Floral Park Cemetery (425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222).
