He is survived by: his sons, Dennis E. Collins (Joni) of Bargersville, Douglas W. Collins (Susan) of Indianapolis and Darrell L. Collins (Kirsten) of Jonesborough; his grandchildren, Tasha, Kacey, John and Daniel; and his great grandchildren, Camren, Tylynn, Brylee, Brynn, Tate and Sawyer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Conkle Funeral Home (4925 W 16th St, Speedway, IN 46224). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
