Campbell, TN; his grandchild Giselle Evans; his stepmother Gail Matheson (Ferguson) of Greenwood, IN; his sisters, Kelly Humphrey (Brian) of Avon, IN and Elizabeth Oyer; his stepsister Jennifer Stauth (Brent) of Indianapolis, IN.; and also Robert W. "Bob" Matheson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
