She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Sumner and Maud Summers; her daughter Cathy Masterson; and her brothers, Billy Sumner and Ben Summers.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Banther, Jimmy Banther (Kathy), David Masterson (Lavonia), Karen Hicks and Mary Shrum (Keith); her brother Bobby Sumner (Helen); and her close friend Roena Pelton. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
