She is survived by : her husband John Hackworthy; her daughters, Susan Williams (Tony) of Martinsville, Deb Zellers (Todd) of Greencastle and Amy Stephenson (Brian) of Louisville, Kentucky; her grandchildren, John Williams of Indianapolis, Joe Williams of Martinsville, Anna, Benjamin Zellers of Greencastle, Alex and Emily Paul of Louisville; and her sister Susan Stromberg (Jon) of Lake Forest, Illinois..
