He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Lee Raymond and Leora Mae Raymond (Brown); his in-laws, Perry and Jennie Trader; his cousin Cathy Brown; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Jacobs, Linda Trader and Morris Pegg.

He is survived by : his wife Jan Raymond (Trader); his children, Jennie and Michael; his grandchildren, Blake Ludwig of Spencer, Indiana., Macie Raymond-Schelfo of Spencer, Indiana., Charlotte Schelfo of Spencer, Indiana. and Bristol Raymond-Stierwalt of Spencer, Indiana.; his sister Robin Miller of Oregon; his cousins, Doug Brown (Terry) of Oregon and Karen Tobin (Chris) of Oregon; his aunt Rosalie Brown of Oregon; his nephew Kent Trader; and his niece Crystal Miller. He is also survived by several in-laws, nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home (105 N Montgomery St, Spencer, IN 47460). A memorial service was held on Friday, May 10th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Owen Valley High School show choir, "The Valley Sound Waves" or to Wildcare, Inc. in Bloomington, Indiana.
