She was predeceased by : her parents, John West and Dorthy West (Ruble). She is survived by : her husband Kenneth E. Deem; her children, Donald Mulvey (Vonda) and Wendy Mulvey; her sister Betty Jo White; and her aunt Mary Ann Wall. She is also survived by four grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
