He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles Allen and Wilma Janell Allen (Hopper); and his son Christopher Polston. He is survived by : his wife Nickie Polston; his children, Charles, Caleb, Colt Polston, Crystal, Cayla and Cora Polston; and his sister Edye Simpson. He is also survived by eight Grandchildren.
