He was predeceased by: his parents, George Edwin Campbell and Mary Alice Campbell (Ritter); his wife Nancy Lee (Nunn); his son Donnie Campbell; his children-in-law, Pam Campbell and Nathan White; his siblings, Earl Campbell and Freda Wylie; his siblings-in-law, Barbara Campbell and Ken Wylie; and his grandson-in-law Kirby Stogsdill.

He is survived by: his children, Jennie Shimkus (Rick), Tammie White and Brian Campbell (Cheryl); his grandchildren, Ricky Shimkus (Cheryl), Ryan Shimkus (Tonya), Jason White, Justin White, Nancy White, Tyler White (Brandi), Nicholas White (Savannah), Ronda Stogsdill, Stacy Zehr, Stephanie Powell (Trevor) and Collin Campbell; and his brother Billy Campbell (Sandra). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
