He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard C. Locke and Dorothy Locke (Stewart); and his brother Fredrick E. Locke. He is survived by: his spouse Glennie J. Eades; his children, Don E. Locke (Cindy) and Vanessa A. Plummer (Kenny); his grandchildren, Jennifer Farkas (Mike), Jonathan Locke (Missy), Tony Locke (Jenny), Joe Gatliff, Angela Locke and Joshua Locke; and his great grandchildren, Sam Farkas, Ben Farkas, Max Farkas, Jack Farkas, Makinsey Locke, Baylee Locke, Ellery Locke, Jacob Locke, Megan Locke, Ethan Locke, Zach Locke, Emily Locke, Haley Gatliff, Tyler Gatliff, Skylar Riley, Chayton Riley, Britni Riley, Kourtland Locke and Atticus Locke. He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
