The memory of Freeda Lane of Spencer, Indiana, who passed away on November 15, 2025 at the age of 93, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymon Gentry and Geneva Gentry (Stahl); her husband William "Bill" Lane; and her siblings, Pearl Ridgeway, Francis Gentry, Wilbur Gentry, Merle Gentry, Sharron Alexander and Sherrel Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Lane (Debra) of Colorado and Virginia Crowe of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and her sister Marjorie Spannon. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home (105 N Montgomery St, Spencer, IN 47460). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
