He is survived by: his parents, John Maners (Kelly) of Spencer and Michelle Hess; his wife Amber Polley; his children, Haylie, David, Lilliann and Flynn; his siblings, Jessica Henderson, Johnnie Maners, Nicole Newport, Emily Wallace (Torrey), Rachelle Sluss (Eli) and Cheyenne Maners; and his grandparents, Cheryl, Richard Dunigan and Judy Combs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
