We bid farewell to Jane Louise Schneider of Spencer, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 9, 2025 at the age of 59. Jane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Russell Ross; her daughter Kelli Jo Ross; and her brothers, Joe Ross and Jeff Ross. She is survived by: her mother Ellen Ross (Roell); her husband Virgil David Schneider; her sons, Jacob David Schneider (Jennifer), John Caleb Schneider (Micaela) and William Levi Schneider (Sarah); her grandchildren, Ivan Spencer, Amelia, Caleb, Emma, Elizabeth, Brantley, Stella and Elouise Schneider; and her siblings, Jennifer Ross, Julie Cooper, Jim Ross and Janet Jones.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, October 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John the Apostle Catholic Church (4607 W State Rd 46, Bloomington, IN 47404).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested donations be made to the Angel Jar in care of St. Judes Catholic Church in Spencer, Indiana. Keep Jane Louise Schneider's legacy alive by donating to a charity in need.
