He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Guy and Betty Thacker of Bloomington; his parents-in-law, Wallace and Bette Thomas of Spencer; and also, Bethel and Ruby Rood of Spencer.
He is survived by: his parents, David Sunday and Jody Day Sunday of Ellettsville; his wife Tammy Day; his children, Sabrina Day of Bedford, Tiffany Carpenter (Ben) of Vincennes, Olivia Early (Brian) of Mooresville and Daniel Rhienhart (Alisha) of Spencer; his sisters, Jenny Welch (Chris) of Bloomington and Donna Dalton of Bloomington; his grandchildren, Braeleigh, Raine Bex (Sabrina), Dylan Epperson, Drake Houck (Tiffany), Brooklynn, McKaylah Hutcherson (Olivia), Peyton, Taylor, Garrett and Rylee Rhienhart (Daniel); and also Raymond Schneider (Linda) of Florida.
