She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Cain and Myrtle Cain (Hayes); her husband Johnie W. Freeman, Jr.; her daughter Geneva Green; her great grandchild Dominic Arthur; and her brothers, Robert Cain and Clifford Cain.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Arthur (Garold), Patricia Gunderman (Dennis), Michael Freeman (Linda), John Freeman (Carla), Larry Freeman (Linda) and Loretta Patton (John); her grandchildren, Thomas Arthur, Bradley Arthur, James Arthur, Rita Gunderman, Ryan Gunderman, Randy Gunderman, Steven Freeman, Richard Freeman, Adrian Freeman, Jason Freeman, Amanda Frye, Cory Freeman, Jacob Green, Mikala Green, Joseph Patton, Nichole Robinson, Rachel Malicoat and Benjamin Patton; and her siblings, Irvin Cain, Phyllis Kinser, Hazel Robertson and Susie McMillan. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home (105 N Montgomery St, Spencer, IN 47460). A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
