She was predeceased by : her parents, Ward F. Williams and Helen Williams (Arthur); her son Dusty Summitt; and her sister MaryAnn White. She is survived by : her husband Sam; her children, Chris Summitt (Paula), Derik Robertson (Ethan Webb) and Missy Stivers; her grandchildren, Thomas Hawkins, Dusty Summitt, II, Nicholas Summitt, Shelby Summitt, Jacob Summitt, Becca McPherson, Robbie Criss and Troy Stivers; and her sister Sandy Hause (Eugene). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
