He is survived by: his wife Leslie Ann Glaze; his children, Randy Glaze (Barbara), Shawn Perdue, Roxie Glaze, Tahnee Kale and Brandee White; and his sister Judy Keith (Gooch). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many other beloved family members.
