With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Virginia Copas of Spencer, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Peyton Anderson and Lora Anderson (Booher); and her siblings, Rose Ellis, Jimmy Anderson, Carl Anderson and Delmar "Jack" Warren Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Jim; her son Tim Copas (Cindy); her brother Larry Anderson (Susan); her grandchildren, Harley Copas (Jonathan) and Zachary Copas (Diandra); her great grandchildren, Bryson Copas and Sawyer Copas; her niece Jenny Shofner; her nephews, Kyle Ellis and Patrick Ellis (Bri); her great-nieces, Sophia, Merideth and Lily; and her siblings-in-law, Brent Ellis, Doris Metcalf and Brenda Hobdy (John). She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 2808 Hyden Rd, Spencer, IN 47460.
