He is survived by : his wife Cindy K. Epeards; his children, Dawn Webb, Ryan Day (Patricia), Beth Addis (Brandon), Amy Bray and Kurt Bault; and his siblings, Theresa Carlton (Jim), Marty Day (Janie) and Elaine Richardson (Kevin).
