Wayne and Miaika Swope-Moore of Ft. Wayne; her brothers, Neil Hasbrouck (Penny) of Michigan, Todd Hasbrouck of West Virginia, Mike Hasbrouck of Arizona and Scott Hasbrouck of Michigan; and her caregiver Jenni Swanson of Ft. Wayne.
