With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa A. Scott of Spencerville, Indiana, who passed away on August 16, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul E. Smith and Dolly V. Smith (Fuelling); her husband James A. Scott, Sr.; her daughter Dawn R. Scott; and her brother-in-law Greg Richey.
She is survived by: her son James A. Scott II of Spencerville; and her siblings, Rick Smith (Connie) of Harlan, Randy Smith of Defiance, OH, Sandra Windmiller of Ft. Wayne, Susan Brown of Defiance, OH and Becky Morrow (Tim) of Ft. Wayne.
Memorials may be given towards funeral expenses.
