It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Loyd Thomas Coffman of Spiceland, Indiana, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Loyd Thomas Coffman to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Coffman and Mary Elizabeth Coffman (Lockridge); his daughter Tommye-Sue Coffman; his sister Jackie Mathews; his siblings-in-law, Ron Harrison, Ronnie, Barbara Patton and David Martin; and his nephew Ryan Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Coffman (Patton) of Spiceland; his children, Shar'ron Cripps (Joe) of Spiceland and Brock Coffman (Diane) of Lewisville; his grandchildren, Gee, Gumpy, Gramps, Lacy Halcomb (Josh Hardwick), Brice Coffman (Aubrey) and Bailey Starkey (Cayden); his great grandchildren, Liam, Zoe Cripps, Kendyl, Kyrie Halcomb, Collins, Ember, Hayze Thomas Coffman and Charlotte Elizabeth Starkey; his sister Judy Harrison of Greenfield; his siblings-in-law, Sue Martin of Greenfield and Bill Matthews of Greenwood; and also Kyle Cripps (Katie Thorne). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hinsey-Brown Funeral Service (7355 IN-109, Knightstown, IN 46148). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
