He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ruby Lumpkin (Green) and Paul Lumpkin; his brother Larry; his children, Jennifer Milliken (Jeff) and Scott Lumpkin (Amanda); and his nephews, Dave Lumpkin (Jonni) and Andy Lumpkin (Sebrena). He was also cherished by three grandchildren, and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
