He was predeceased by: his father Harry Woodrow "Woody". He is survived by: his wife Robin Addison; his children, Paula Say, Rob Smiley and Doug Smiley; and his siblings, Mary Chrisman, Joe Keen and Gary Keen. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
