She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Boram and Esther Boram (Swartz); and her brothers, Steve Boram and David Boram. She is survived by: her husband Bob Blackburn; her sons, Jemery Blackburn and Josh Blackburn; her grandchildren, Devon and Ashlynn Blackburn; and her sister Mary Jo Hoover (Rodney). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 4894 State Rte 38, New Castle, IN 47362. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
