He is survived by: his sister Josie Cox; his sons, Tim Whitworth and Tony Whitworth; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Holmes, Curtis Whitworth, Billy Ray Whitworth, Derek Whitworth and Braden Whitworth. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
