With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Andrea Kern of Springville, Indiana, born in Bedford, Indiana, who passed away on April 8, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her father Rodney Bailey. She is survived by : her mother Mary Bailey (Deckard) of Bedford; her husband Rick J. Kern of Springville; her sons, Andy Kern (Sarah) of Slinger, WI. and Derek Kern (Kayla) of Bedford; her grandchildren, Silas, Lucas, Chloe, Julia, Josiah, Matthias, Hannah of Slinger, WI. and Barrett Kern; and her siblings, Kevin Bailey (Jill A. Deckard), Jeff Bailey (Vickie Guthrie), Yvonne Tincher of Bedford and Michelle Bailey of Bedford.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes (818 18th St, Bedford, IN 47421). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, donations can be made in honor of Andrea to the Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Foundation or the American Diabetes Association.
