He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert L Andis and Yolanda Andis (Jenkins); and his brother Edward "Ed" Andis. He is survived by: his wife Lora Andis; his children, Shane Andis (Shayla) and Morgan Smith (Levi); his grandchildren, Halle Harris, Jakobi Andis and Henley Smith; his sister Terri Miller (Bruce); and his pet Lucy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
