She is survived by: her sons, Adrian Waggoner (Lillie) and Joshua Waggoner; and her grandchildren, Wyatt, Katelynn Waggoner, Colton Karnes, Michael King and Emily Jo Choate. She is also survived by her family, friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital and Beckys' Place in Bedford, Indiana.
