She was predeceased by: her parents, Donovin Winter and Betty Winter (Schmitt); and her brother-in-law Richard Hackford. She is survived by: her husband Mike Elpers of Stendal; her children, Brad Elpers, Ashley Hermann, John Elpers and Amy Crowe; and her siblings, Jennifer Hackford and Jason Winter. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
