Summitt (Tina Hampton); his siblings, John Summitt and Debra Payton (Reggie); his daughter Jessica Summitt; his nieces, Danielle Durham (Matt) and Savannah Payton; and his friends, Shelley, Dave Dodson, Matthew Heckman, Marlin Hammer, Fred Jennings, Rita Porter, Jean Beck, Jeannie Nichols and Jessica Wallace.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Circle J Kids Camp in care of the House of Prayer in Ellettsville.
