She was predeceased by: her parents, Ossa Hauger and Delores Johnson Hauger; her husbands, Robert Lawhorn, Jerry R. Mayfield and Leon Black; her son Robert Lester Lawhorn; her siblings, Edward Gene Hauger and Betty Baughman; and her children-in-law, Carol Mayfield and Steven Tingley.

She is survived by: her children, Dawnetta Hauger (Lester), Chris Mayfield and Cindy Tingley; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Scott, Todd, Shannon, Brittany, Alec and Vypre. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family.

The family kindly requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to the family to assist with burial expenses.
