He is survived by: his parents, Timothy Clark (Dawn) of Sullivan and Deborah Chenoweth of Sullivan; his grandparents, Holly and Jan Clark; his brother Joshua Clark (Josi) of Sullivan; and his sibling's children, Chaim Clark, Jesse Clark, Nitara Clark, Autumn Clark and Ana of Carvalho.
