He is survived by: his parents, Terry J. Terrell (Lori) of Terre Haute, IN and Phyllis K. MeJean (Lifford) of Vicksburg, IN; his wife Sherrie R. Terrell of Sullivan, IN; his stepmother Connie Terrell of Coalmont, IN; his siblings, Jennifer Franklin (John) of Shelburn, IN, Jessica L. Terrell of Coalmont, IN and Cody Terrell of Coalmont, IN; his aunt Nancy Terrell of Jasonville, IN; his parent-in-law Kim Williams (Terry) of Sullivan, IN; his brother-in-law Donald LaRue Sr. (Megan) of Sullivan, IN; his close friends, Dusty Wildin and Bill Boyd; and his pet Radar.
