She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Potter and Lizzie Potter (Jackson); and her sister Mary Lou Nelson. She is survived by: her husband Floyd L. Weger; her son Eric Acord of Terre Haute, Indiana; her stepsons, Jameson Lee Weger (Ann) of Burlington and William J. "Jo" Weger (Becky) of Oblong, Illinois; her grandchildren, Arysson Acord, Gavin Acord, Alex Weger, Julianna Weger, Nathanial Weger, Jarod Weger, Breanna Weger and Ryan Weger; and her brother John Potter of Barry, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Pulliam Funeral Home - Oblong (302 E Main St, Oblong, IL 62449). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
