She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Chubb and Helen Chubb (Carpenter); and her brother-in-law Roy Terrell. She is survived by: her husband Calvin Cox; her children, Jason Wade, Eric Wade (Sarah), Tanner Cox, Jesse Cox and Autumn Evans (James); her siblings, Rick Chubb (Brenda) and Nancy Terrell; her grandchildren, Shianna (Jordy), Tory, Carter, Haven, Carson, Baylee and Harlan; and her great grandchild Bentley.
