We announce the death of Lawrence E. Hays (Sullivan, Indiana), who passed away on June 3, 2026, at the age of 76. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rusty Hays and Margie Hoffman Hays; and his siblings, Edward "Eddie" Hays and Joy Roberts. He is survived by: his wife Janet Hankins Hays; his children, Carmen Gofourth (Tom) and Craig Hays; his granddaughters, Kennedy (Hayden Sater), Korinne and Kaycee Gofourth; and his siblings-in-law, Connie Hays and Bob Roberts. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
