She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Phillips and Laura Pauline Phillips (Marshall); her husband Marion F. Bailey; her sibling Dale Phillips; and her grandson Kristopher Michael "Pete" Tague.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Tague (Susie) of Linton and Patricia Bailey of Sullivan; her grandchildren, Shauna Feaster (James) of Marysville and Jessy Southwood (Travis) of Terre Haute; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth Margaret Feaster, Emma Catherine Feaster of Terre Haute, Benjamin James Feaster of Terre Haute, Mason Southwood of Terre Haute and Brady Southwood of Terre Haute.
