He is survived by: his wife Donna Schofield; his children, Brandi Smith (Tyler), Jennifer Simmons (Paul), Randy Schofield (Brittany) and Kandi Kaufman (Jessie); his grandchildren, Hannah Simmons, Hailey Patrick (Michael), Keilie Kaufman, Lane Simmons, Owen Schofield, Ryan Kaufman, Kade Schofield and Beau Smith; his great grandchildren, Lakelynn Webb and Roman Spires; and his siblings, Judy Enstrom, Linda Steele, Sandy Ashby, Jackie Dollahan, Dink Schofield, Kathy Gott and Lori Padgett. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Holmes Memorial Chapel (642 W Silver St, Sullivan, IN 47882). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 17th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
