He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Keene, Rose Heck, Shirley Jo Owings, Barb Anderson, George Crooks, John Crooks and Mary Dollahan; his wife Verna Frew Crooks; his sons, Charles "Chuck" (Susie) and Timothy (Kim); his grandchildren, Gavin, Ben, Matt Crooks (Nikki), Tyler Crooks, Cameron Crooks (Cara), Hanna Crooks, Casey Lewis (Brett) and Joe Alumbaugh (Alexa); his great grandchildren, Hayden, Lyla, Emmy, Colten, George, Max and Keziah; Dan (Kay). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
