We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2022, at the age of 78, Sammie Sue Sheffler of Sullivan, Indiana, born in Dugger, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Phillip Raymond and Geneva L. Christy (Neidigh); her husband Charles W. Sheffler; her son Tod W. Sheffler; her grandson Erik Alan Sheffler; her great grandchild Charles Layne; and her siblings, Judith K. Sandford, Gary Christy and Niland Dean Raper.

She is survived by : her children, Kip Sheffler (Andrea) of Dugger, Mark Sheffler (Cierra Manuel) of Dugger, Chuck Sheffler (Suzie) of Nashville and Kimberly Fogerty (Terry) of Dugger; her grandchildren, Sean Fogerty (Randi), Terra Layne (Brian), Kellie Burris, Christopher Sheffler, Mack Sheffler, Silas Sheffler, Amelia Beasley, Kassandra Sheffler and Tessie Sheffler; and her siblings, Phil Christy, Jack Christy, Phyllis Christy and Sarah Christy. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family has requested that memorial contributions be made to the Sullivan Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses.
