He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Amick and Edna Amick (Edwards); his wife Cynthia Amick (Stiltner); and his brother Roy Amick. He is survived by: his son Daniel Amick (Kristen) of Anderson; and his siblings, Charles L. Amick (Barb) of Alexandria, Eric Amick (Tammy) of Summitville, Mary Switzer of Anderson and Marsha Carman of Anderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
