He is survived by: his siblings, Lisa Fields (Robbie) of Summitville, Karon Glass Smith of Summitville and Randy McCune (Stacy) of Fort Wayne; his nephews, Bradley Ragle (Monica) of Columbus, Brandon Ragle of Summitville and Jake Fields (Heather) of Alexandria; and his niece Casey Charleswood (Brian) of Indianapolis.
