He is survived by: his siblings, Dale Bergman (Donna) of Sunman and Sharon Kreuzman (Bob) of Batesville; his nephews, Scott Kreuzman (Lisa), Kevin Kreuzman (Sidney) of Batesville, Mark Kreuzman of Windsor, Erik Bergman (Caitlin) of Rehoboth and Kyle Bergman (Hallie); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Roger, Harry Bergman, Brooks, Walker Kreuzman, Adyline, Kiersten Kreuzman and Ellie Bergman.
