Kristian leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Kristian’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was loved and cherished by many people including: wife: Annie; sons: Edward, James, and Elias; parents: Sharon and Ricardo "Rick" Smith; sister: Nicole (Nick) Giancola; grandparents: Ruth and Melvin Maifeld and Skip and Bud Smith; nieces and nephews: Anthony, Courtney, Kiera, Serena, and Katrina; and many family members, friends, and loved ones.
A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (9788 N Dearborn Rd, Guilford, IN 47022). Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Paul's Catholic Cemetery (9788 N Dearborn Rd, Guilford, IN 47022).
Memorials in Kris's honor can be made to his sons' education fund (checks can be written to Julianna Smith) or to Fiat Classical Academy.
