We bid farewell to Laura F. Kafka of Sunman, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 18, 2025 at the age of 61. Laura touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her brothers, Bill and Bobby Huckaby; and her parents, Louella Huckaby and Leon Huckaby. She is survived by: her husband James Kafka; her children, Corey Kafka (Tara), Daniel Kafka (Madison), Justin Kafka (Elizabeth), Alexandra Kafka and Graci Kafka; her grandchildren, Gavin, Elijah, Kaydin, Keegan, Ayla, Arayah, Koltyn, Kaseyn, Brantley, Bryson and Ambrose; and her siblings, Gary Huckaby (Carol) and Donna Huckaby.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Andres-Wuestefeld Funeral Home (25615 IN-1, Guilford, IN 47022).
