She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Shriver and Luella Shriver (Smith); her husband Richard D. Lake; and her brother Glen Shriver. She is survived by: her sons, Brian Lake (Lauren) of Gas City, Glen Lake (Michele) of Marion and George Lake (Sandy) of Swayzee; her grandchildren, Jordan Lake (Lauren), Macy Lake (Tim) and Jarrod Hisey; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Landon and Allison; her sister Mona Pearl Ault; her brother-in-law Gordon Lake (Barbara); her nieces and nephews, Sam Shriver, Kathie Zeigler, Matthew Lake and Cathy Duffey; and her sister-in-law Alice Shriver.
