She is survived by: her son Greg Chism (Kathy); her grandchildren, Joshua Hecox (Brooke), Brandon Chism (Terra), Ashley L. Tully (Wade), Natasha Harris (Stacy) and Jareth Chism (Lisha Glasscock); her great grandchildren, Dezaree, Allie, Katlynn, Cameron, Teraka, Madison, Cassie, Christian, Tristan, Ryan, Jayden, Liam and Drake; and her siblings, Johnny Ladd, Jerry Tomlinson, Janet Owens and Paulette Johnson. She is also survived by five great‑great‑grandchildren.
